Beginning Sept. 1, 2018, the Rec Center will no longer be accepting Credit Card payments under $10.00
Our facility has become a hub for physical and social activity. Diverse age groups, ranging from preschool to seniors, utilize the rec center.
The Northampton Recreation Center's goal is to provide a quality environment for all its members. To ensure that we reach our goals, the Center is constantly providing new exercise programs, invigorating equipment and service. Jason Kremus, the Center's director, oversees the day-to-day operations, assisted by a staff of nine part-time employees and a core of dedicated volunteers.

Mon - Thurs: Closing at 8:45pm

The Rec Center will be closed on the following days:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
**The Rec Center will also close early on certain dates preceding Holidays and other events. These dates and times will be posted on the website at least 2 weeks in advance and will also be posted in the Rec Center.
**Please check back for late opening/early closings due to weather**

Membership Rates
Good for 1 year except for Summer & Christmas Pass

DAILY PASS DETAILS:
*Anyone purchasing a day pass MUST show ID in order to gain admittance. NO ID, NO DAY PASS!
*Current Northampton School District Students, with student ID, will be charged the Resident Rate for Daily Passes.
*Ages 6 and above will be charged for a day pass.
*ALL students in Grades 8 and below who purchase a day pass, MUST have an adult (age 21+) accompany them inside the Rec Center, who must also purchase a day pass.
Policies
1 Parents/Guardians and Children up to age 18 that live in the same household
Resident refers to residing in the Borough of Northampton, NOT Northampton School District.
All members must check in at the front desk with their membership ID card.
Anyone purchasing a Membership OR Day Pass MUST show a picture ID to gain entrance into the Rec Center.
Students in grades 5 and lower (member or not), must have adult supervision (age 21+) inside the Rec Center at all times. The only exception will be NAA practices.
There are NO REFUNDS for any membership OR day pass purchased.
You must be at least 14 yrs old in order to use the Wt. Room.
Summer and/or Christmas Memberships can be rolled into a full year membership at the end of each membership term.
Shirts and shorts/pants MUST be worn at all times while in the basketball courts and/or wt room
Close toed shoes MUST be worn at all times while in the basketball courts and/or wt room
ABSOLUTELY NO MUSIC played on any device is allowed on the basketball courts and/or in the wt room. Headphones must be used if listening to music.
Anyone who takes out a basketball, assumes the responsibility of that basketball and is responsible for the cost if lost and/or stolen.
Anyone who takes out a basketball is responsible for bringing back the same ball when they are done. Failure to do so, may result in suspension and/or loss of membership.
Baby Strollers ARE NOT PERMITTED inside the basketball courts and/or the wt room.
No Tobacco or Vaping products of any kind are permitted inside the Rec Center.
